Shipping Information
Note: For Your protection, Shipping and Billing Addresses should match or Your Order may not be confirmed. We will ship to the shipping address you supply us which ideally should match the shipping address you supply to Paypal. Please take care great to provide the correct shipping address.
Any orders received by us before 12:00noon (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon will ship within one (1) business day of receipt.
Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service from facilities in San Diego California to locations nation wide. For locations outside the US all orders are shipped by air. Please note that certain products that are classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.

BuyAKnife will add freight charges to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.

Parcels can be shipped and the shipping charges will be billed directly to the customer's account. All address correction fees assessed by the freight carriers will be billed to the customer's account.

BuyAKnife will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing. Should the customer choose to self insure, we will have no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once they leave any of our warehouses.

Please note that certain products are not available for export. Check with your sales representative for details.

Returns
Our customers must obtain a Return Authorization before attempting to return any merchandise to us. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.

Non-defective merchandise returned to BuyAKnife for any reason other than a miss-shipment of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.

We will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product.
